• Ensuring that residents receive the necessary tests and monitoring, such as blood glucose level, blood pressure, and weight measurements.
• Managing and mitigating residents’ risk factors associated with diabetes, including blood glucose levels, blood pressure, and dietary intake, through a combination of diet, exercise, and medication.
• Assisting in maintaining and enhancing the quality of life for residents while effectively managing complications related to diabetes.
